Which online "meeting" service do you use and why?

Mon, May 3, 2004 - 7:13 AMHave just renewed my gayday membership (although I haven't actually used it for months, but thought I'd stay subscribed as an 'insurance policy'). Interestingly, I stopped using gaydar once I discovered tribe - it's far easier to find and identify people here with common interests (even if most of them are half a world away...)

Thu, October 7, 2004 - 10:58 AMI generally use Gaydar to keep in touch with friends, and to have a look a the talent every now and again, also use OUTintheUK, but these days tend to not really use either for meeting people, Tribe looks like a good place, need to fully work out the system though and sort out how to find members in the UK. -

Found that the easiest place to meet people of similar mindset, however wot makes it cool is also what makes it a poor "online service" (In the manner people use gaydar) is that you met cool people just that most of em are straight and live in sanfransisco, but cool peeps none the less
Perhaps its time I reconsidered wether or not i should be allowed a net connection, think I'm developing rickets from being indoors to long -

I use eurowoof.com (yes I like hairy guys, but won't say no to a smooth guy either)
Tribe looks good but as has been said you tend to meet guys from the rest of the world not UK. hope this tribe will change that. -

Gary: you've gotta look around more and join more tribes. I guarantee that you'll find many UK guys lurking around tribe.

Tue, June 21, 2005 - 11:42 AMIve just returned after a Gaydar hoilday, i use gaydar to find local lads, but i prefer tribe for finding people i share intrests with and making friends, its such a pity most of them live in the states tho
